I have been in CREF since the early 90&#039;s, started as an analyst for a Mortgage Banker representing life companies, did my first conduit deal in 1995, was hired by a conduit in 1997 and went on my own in 2000 sourcing deals back to my former employers.   Quite a good time until, well, you know, that damn 2008.

I agree with your opportunities assessment for 2010, I am seeing this a lot in my market.   If you can do business in Florida, particularly South Florida I would appreciate hearing from you,     Tim</description>
